Adverse Weather Procedures

We will monitor the weather closely for each of these events and keep you posted on the status.

If the weather or road conditions are not favorable we may be forced to postpone or cancel an event.  If Warren County declares a Snow Emergency Level 2 or 3 the event will be postponed.  

The day prior to the event we will post notices to this website, the Facebook Page and send an email or text message to the participants we have on file.  

 

On the day of the event we will review weather and road conditions by 6:00 am.  If the conditions warrant postponement or cancelation, we will post the notice on Facebook.  For participants in the 9:00 am and 10:00 am races we will attempt to call or send a text message to let you know.

If we have to postpone an event we will do our best to reschedule.  Your registration fees will be credited.  If you are not able to attend on the rescheduled date we will offer refunds.
