Adverse Weather Procedures

We will monitor the weather closely for each of these events and keep you posted on the status.

If the weather or road conditions are not favorable we may be forced to postpone or cancel an event.  If Warren County declares a Snow Emergency Level 2 or 3 the event will be postponed.  

The day prior to the event we will post notices to the Facebook Page and send an email to the participants we have on file.  On the day of the event, if the weather or road conditions deteriorate, we may have to cancel for the remainder of that day.  In this case we will do our best to post the notice on Facebook and send an email.

If we have to postpone an event we will do our best to reschedule.  Your registration fees will be credited.  If you are not able to attend on the rescheduled date we will offer refunds.
